Our latest addition to our Essex wedding album collection accessories is the USB Brass Key.  I love its vintage look and feel, its solid and heavy in the hand which really does make it feel like a high quality product.  These keys have been added to our wedding packages that include them but if you feel one is not enough then please let us know and we will order you another and add an extra copy of your wedding day collection for you.

Below is a few images of our other printed wedding albums.  There is going to be lots more in the future and I will add and update more here soon from GraphiStudio and other suppliers of decent high quality products.  If you want to see more on prices and wedding packages, take a look at our wedding packages page and see whats new.

How to preserve your digital wedding album

Is your data safe?  Your data is as safe as you make it.  Having more than one copy of anything is a backup so yes adding an additional USB key to your collection will improve your odds against lost, stolen or broken keys.  However, I do always advise my couples after handing over a finished album on how to keep their data safe for life.

Firstly, I backup everything! so if you are a former client of mine and have lost your wedding album don’t worry I use a great service called BackBlaze that stores it all and my archives go way back to my first wedding (The blurred background image I used for the keys above is from that very wedding!).

For yourselves, once you have bought your wedding album and have taken your key home – copy everything from it to your home pc/mac.  Thats your first backup solution.  Its not permanent but its a start.

Next, add your album to a free form of online storage like dropbox or onedrive etc.  This is more permanent as its cloud storage (btw cloud storage is just a fancy name, its basically another harddrive that you can access anywhere online in the world that has the internet).  Another cool thing is you can share your cloud storage to family and friends too which means you now have a number of duplicate copies out there should you ever find you need one.

Hope this helps!
